Everyone in this group is practising and mastering their skill, and some students are very new to ACH and therapy in general. It's vitally important and mandatory that the safety of yourself and other students practising with you is at the top of the list.

 

If you are seeing any other professionals, taking medication, or have a history of self-harm, mental health problems etc (or anything like this) you make it abundantly clear while in practice sessions.

 

Also, reach out to any of the more seasoned therapists for additional help or support in regard to mental health if you need it.

 

Everyone in this training program is responsible for their own safety (not myself or any of my staff) and the safety of what can happen during a session, this is also a part of the contract when joining this program.
